My name is Taylor Poindexter and I am a Senior Backend Engineer turned Engineering Manager.

In addition, I am the Co-founder of Black Code Collective. An organization that strives to create a safe space for Black engineers to gather, network, and grow their skills. The community is almost 2,500 members and continuing to grow. Some awards I’ve won include Power Woman of DC Tech (twice), DC Fem Tech’s Power Woman in Code, and DC’s Top Technologist.
